US President Barack Obama has been catching a lot of flack for his pursuit of clean energy. A number of the population see it as a useless expense and some think it’s the bee’s knees. However, the latter half of that equation will be happy to see the infographs below. Despite the widespread “meh” stigma against wind energy, it is actually pretty lucrative. Wind energy was second only to natural gas in new energy projects in 2011.
