Yan Nascimbene‘s work is serenity at best. Great for a Sunday — or any day for that matter. The French illustrator’s work is lackadaisical but collected. It sacrifices detail in the name of the overall effect; an effect that fosters a comforting moment of reflection.

But Nascimbene’s work is not without its message. He is fully capable of washing off the sugary coat and delivering something powerful.

The Quiet Lunch.
Quiet Lunch is a grassroot online publication that seeks to promote various aspects of life and culture with a loving, but brute, educational tinge. When we say, “Cerebral Sustenance Daily,” we mean it.
