Exploiting the beautiful wonder that is spiral architecture, Lang Baumann has taken the liberty of placing steps in somewhat odd places–mostly suspended in midair. Lang Baumann is the multi-disciplinary studio of Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann, their ongoing Beautiful Steps series provides a surrealistic take on a structure that most of us use everyday. Although most their installation have a spiral design, some do have a more geometric leaning.
