Tim Vidra of E.A.T. has done it again, this time with a delicious 5 Cheese Artichoke Crab Dip. Just double the ingredients for any get-together and watch everyone commit mass suicide over how delicious this recipe is.

Ingredients.↓

• 8 oz cream cheese brought to room temperature
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
• 4 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) of 5 cheese Italian blend
• 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
• 8 oz lump crab meat
• A good sprinkling of Old Bay Seasoning

Stir the cream cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt together in a bowl mixing until well combined and smooth. Mix in the scallions , the lemon juice and all but 1/4 cup of the cheese. Add the chopped artichokes and the crab until combined and spread evenly. Season with a generous helping of old bay and pepper.
Transfer mix to a cast iron pan or baking dish that has been oiled or buttered  Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and hot. If the cheese does not brown then place under a broiler watching carefully until browned.
