Ephemicropolis by Peter Root is made by using approximately 100,000 everyday-use staples to create an entire city over the course of 40 hours. The Jersey native enjoys building mini metropolises with various materials like potatoes and sheets of metal. The project is over two years old but even today we can’t help but marvel at Root’s patience.
