The Last Supper by Sagaki keita.

From a distance Sagaki Keita’s works are deceptively normal but upon closer inspection you come to realize that his recreations are comprised of thousands of tiny doodles. His works are hand-drawn in ink, sans a draft, and can take between a few weeks to 10 months to finish.
