A friend of ours sent over a wonderful video last week and we’ve been working to it all weekend. It features pianist Ahmad Jamal along with cellist Jamil Nasser and drummer Frank Gant performing in Paris as the Ahmad Jamal Trio in 1971.

Our friend actually had the pleasure of recently meeting and befriending the drummer and thought we would enjoy a good solid piece of jazz. In turn, we would also like to pass this groovy tune onto our readers.
